Returns, Cancellations & Warranty
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, please return it back to us within 30 days. Please also email us at email@example.com or use the contact form to inform us. Orders past the 30 days since delivery date cannot be refunded.
- Please note any engraved products cannot be returned and also product’s cannot be cancelled or returned if the customer makes an errors in variant selections or for any spelling errors made. Please select carefully and check your order before checking out from your shopping cart.
- Used products will not be returned or exchanged (in particular the felt products) due to health and safety reasons. Felt products will be deemed as used after 5 business days of delivery. The nature of the material could be deemed as a health risk with exchanges or return after use. Therefore we strictly must adhere to this policy.
- We can issue a refund upon receipt, or exchange of the item for a different size/colour if preferred. The cost of returning the item back to us your responsibility and at your own exchange/return expense.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that are purchased using gift cards purchased on sale promotions.
- Change of mind orders will have to pay for return shipping, any merchant related fees that apply and a restocking fee of $15 or accept a credit note. We will not accept any additional costs associated with our change of mind policy. For any buy now pay later orders this can only be issued via store credit due to the high fees involved. Change of mind orders requesting cancellations straight after placing an order will only be issued with a credit note as again we will not accept any additional costs associated with change of mind.
- All products purchased on promotions or sales are final and cannot be returned/ cancelled (this includes outlet sales).
- Order cancellations after placing an order will incur a $10 flat fee. We have to pay associated merchant cost once an order is placed and these are non refundable.
- International buyers outside of Australia is liable for any customs/ duty charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
