Returns & Exchanges
- No returns on personalised products.
- If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back to us within 21 days. Please also email us at email@example.com or use the contact form to inform us.
- We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We also deduct any merchant fee charged to us from the refund total in change of mind returns. Merchant fee are not refunded to us when we process a refund. We shouldn't be at a loss for change of mind returns.
- Afterpay/ laybuy/ Sezzle/ Latitude Pay purchases can't be refunded after shipped.
- For a change of mind orders, we are happy to issue a refund minus the postage cost and an $15 restocking fee. For Afterpay/ Laybuy/ Sezzle/ Latitude Pay purchases we can only offer a store credit due to the nature of the arrangements.
- All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
