RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form to inform us.
- Engraved products cannot be returned if customer makes errors in variant selections or made a spelling error. Please choose carefully and check your order carefully before placing.
- Used products can’t be returned or exchanged (especially the felt products) due to health and safety.
We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
- we also have the right to cancel any orders that are purchased using gift cards purchased on sale promotions.
- Change of mind orders will have to pay for return shipping, merchant fee that we have been charged and a restocking fee of $15 or accept a credit note. We don't want to bare costs associated with change of mind decisions. Buy now pay later orders can only be issued issue store credit due to the high fees involved.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
