Shipping & Returns


At Oakywood, we work alongside trusted carriers like Australia Post, UPS, DHL, USPS & many more around the globe to provide Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe & International Worldwide shipping services. We always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Australia & NZ orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia

US orders are shipped from Henderson, Nevada*
Europe & Worldwide orders are shipped from Ciche, Poland

All custom orders and desks need 3-5 weeks approx to process and all engraving orders need 7-10 days to process. 

You can calculate the shipping cost in checkout.

All orders outside of Australia can incur taxes and import duties.

Shipping methods:

  • AU: Australia Post (3-7 Business days)
  • EU: Express delivery - DHL Express (1 Business day)
  • EU: Standard - DHL Parcel (2-5 Business days)
  • US: UPS or USPS (1-4 Business days)
  • WORLDWIDE: DHL or UPS Express (2-5 Business days)

Delivery before Christmas

We guarantee that orders placed by Tuesday, December 19th (for metro orders) and Thursday, December 14th (for regional orders) be delivered before Christmas (by December 24th). Orders placed later may not reach you on time. Please take this into account when shopping for Holiday gifts.

The information applies only to standard products from our offer. Custom products such as Desks, custom Desk Shelves and custom Desk Mats ordered now will be delivered after Christmas.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back to us within 30 days. Please also email us at to inform us.
    Please, remember: you cannot return a personalized product or desk orders as they are made to order.
  • We'll issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • All desk orders cannot be refunded on change of mind. We can only issue store credit.
  • For change of mind orders and orders with buy now pay later option we can only provide store credit and for other payment options there is a flat $9 surcharge. We have to do this because non of the payment providers refund the merchant charges on any transactions.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



  • All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts.
